  • In love with impactful designs and the vibe that flowers create, but have discovered you don’t have the budget to go ‘all in’ with fresh flowers.

We are launching our  hire collection with one set of flower towers in a blushing peach, cream and sage colour palette and will expand the collection over time.

Hire, set up and pack down is $850 + delivery.

If you have a wedding in the next 6-12months and are looking for a particular colour palette, get in touch as we may be able to help.

 

Can I do pick up/set up/pack down myself?
As a complelely ‘done for you’ service, we don’t offer DIY set up.

By doing full set up and pack down as part of the service of all hire items, we can adjust the floral designs onsite after travel to ensure they are ready for their close up.  Too large to fit in a car, we transport all items in a van that allows ample room for the flowers to get to you looking lush and ready for centre stage.

Can I customise an existing design?
Want a little extra white, maybe something blue? Add one accent colour to any design for an additional $180.
Do you take custom orders?
If you’re a venue or couple looking to purchase florals to keep we can absolutely create something custom for you. Requests are quoted depending on your individual needs and start from $4500.

While we don’t currently take custom requests for hire orders, we are gradually buidling up our collection of floral backdrops – so if you have something you’re dreaming of, please get in touch!  We may just make it our next hire product.

Can you repurpose the ceremony flowers for our reception?
Yes! In fact we encourage you to get the most out of your investment by repurposing your florals in your reception space.

Repurposing is an additional $80 (if ceremony & reception are at the same venue) and covers the additional time for us to wait until the conclusion of your ceremony to move your florals to your reception – so they don’t miss out on the par-tay!

An additional travel cost applies if you’d like to move your flowers to another venue entirely and is calculated by distance travelled.

When do I pay the deposit & when is the balance due?
A 25% non-refundable deposit is due 3 days after receiving your invoice. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to your event date. If booking less than 3 weeks out from your event date payment in full is required.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated at $1.30 per km. Distance is calculated from our Cardiff Heights studio and includes the km travelled back to the venue for pick up after your event.

What happens in the case of bad weather?
Whilst real touch flowers hold up much better in extreme weather conditions, they are still delicate and can not be left outside for long periods of time in wet, windy or excessively hot weather. Simply let us know your plan B for bad weather and we will jump into action to get your ceremony looking lush in the new space.
Do you do bouquets for hire as well?
We’re launching the True Bluff collection wtih ceremony florals and hope to build up a collection of personal flowers over time. So while we don’t currently have any listed online, we can absolutely hook you up with matching personal flowers. Simply send us an email with the quanities you’re after and get back to you with a quote.
Is there a bond?
From time to time, hire florals are damaged – cue red wine flung across the dancefloor during an impassioned rendition of The Killers ‘Mr Brightside’.

By signing your hire contract, you agree to be invoiced after your event for any additional costs to replace damaged florals or decor items.
